Don’t ask me who Masha Novoselova is… because I’m just as surprised as you guys are when you’re reading her name. I’ve googled her and it seems she’s a pretty popular Russian model who worked for many renowned fashion designers and brands until now but.. the odd fact is that I’ve never heard of her until today.

I guess she should show off her tight little body more often in skimpy lingerie to get our attention, right? Anyways, thanks to the guys from H&M we got to see the bodacious Masha Novoselova looking drop dead sexy from head to toe for their new spring/summer collection in sexy lingerie mostly.

I don’t have a clue how come we haven’t seen this cutie until now but I have a feeling that she’s going to be featured again in here in the near future because… Sweet Christmas, does she have a totally rocking body or what? Everything about this babe is ridiculously hot.

How to Make your Approach Easy

Many guys make things very very difficult for themselves when trying to attract and pick up women in bars. They go in, have a drink, look around and talk to their mates. Then, after hours of weird chit chat, some of them might start approaching women they don’t know. Now this method certainly can work – but it's a long way away from the optimum.

A great way to make your approach easy is to approach a girl that you already know. The great thing is that, for our purposes, a girl you "know" can be simply a girl you’ve met earlier in the night. So a simple way to build this is early in the night go up to a few groups of girls/guys, say hello, have a chat and then leave wishing them a great night.

A couple of easy questions to get started are:

• What sort of music are they playing later?
• Do you guys know what time this place closes?
• Is there another bar inside?

Don't stay chatting for ages and make sure you get their names. It then becomes far easier to go up to them again. It's a case of: "Oh hi Jess. How's ya night going?"

This so much better than having to build up rapport and a relationship from nothing. A night out can be a world of its own and, if a girl is out with one friend and you have already met her, you are her second best friend in the bar that night and then it’s all up to you to make your move.

So, if you plan to spend the night in a bar and try to pick up a couple of girls, a great thing to do is to spend the first thirty minutes meeting some of the girls you like and then, later in the night, you’ll be back starting way above zero. A great added benefit to this is that you look cool and sociable and girls notice this stuff easily in a bar and will remember you.

Some of you guys might not even know who Jessica Hart is, but this Australian hottie will be invading your dreams once you check out her new photoshoot she did for the new spring/summer collection from H&M. You might remember this girl from the 2009 SI Swimsuit Issue but we definitely need more pics like these to get her name stuck in our minds.

I know I don’t have to point out how wonderful this girl is, not when there are many photos attached to this article that will probably talk for themselves. Apart from being close to perfection, Jessica also has that damn sexy accent from Down Under which could probably make any of us melt in a matter of seconds, I guess.
